WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced that the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has awarded a $250,000 grant to Columbiana County to install a new sewer system and a 50,000-gallon daily wastewater treatment plant in the Village of Hanoverton. The funds will help provide better sewer service to seven businesses and 153 households in the village.
