WASHINGTON, Sept. 28 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Sept. 27, 2021:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $4,969,520 from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) for five water infrastructure projects across West Virginia.
