WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Kevin Hern, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release on Sept. 24, 2021:
Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) voted against HR 3755, a bill to strip states of their legislative powers and enact federal late-term abortion, overriding any pro-life legislation at the state level.
Rep. Hern spoke on the House floor against HR 3755, more appropriately named "The Abortion on Demand Act".
