WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce issued the following news release on Sept. 23, 2021:
The U.S. Department of Commerce, through its National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), has awarded grants of up to $30 million, over a five-year period, to two Historically Black Colleges and Universities: Florida A&M University and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
