U.S. Senators Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) and Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.) introduced former U.S. Senator Tom Udall, President Biden's nominee to be the next U.S. Ambassador to New Zealand and Samoa, at his confirmation hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
