WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Office of Insular Affairs issued the following news release:

The U.S. Department of the Interior's Office of Insular Affairs (OIA) has awarded $10,280,000 in Capital Improvement Project (CIP) grants to American Samoa for fiscal year (FY) 2021 and an additional $1,577,596 in FY2021 CIP grants for Guam.
