RICHMOND, Virginia, Sept. 24 -- Gov. Ralph S. Northam, R-Virginia, issued the following news release on Sept. 23, 2021:
Governor Northam today announced the start of a 12-day Jobs and Investment Tour. The Commonwealth-wide swing will begin today in Alberta and conclude on October 4 as Virginia hosts 13 states in St. Paul for the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) Conference.
