New Jersey American Water Invests $868,000 in New Providence Infrastructure

CAMDEN, New Jersey, Sept. 23 -- American Water, a water and wastewater company, issued the following news release:

New Jersey American Water will replace approximately 1,900 feet of aging water main in New Providence starting this week. The company will upgrade the aging 8-inch cast iron water lines that were installed in the 1960s with 2,500 feet of new 12-inch ductile iron main along Southgate Road from Foley Place to Hathaway Drive.
