LOS ANGELES, California, Sept. 23 (TNSPol) -- WildEarth Guardians issued the following news release:
A federal district court in Los Angeles has ruled that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (the "Service") violated the law when they failed to list the imperiled Joshua tree under the Endangered Species Act ("ESA").
The Service disregarded overwhelming scientific evidence showing that climate change poses a major threat to the Joshua tree's survi . . .
