Attorney General John M. Formella announces the indictment of Said Yahyapour, age 63, of Stratham, NH for 33 counts of theft by misapplication of property.
Mr. Yahyapour was indicted in Strafford County Superior Court with 33 class A felony counts of theft by misapplication of property. The indictments allege that between February 12, 2016 and July 18, 201 . . .
