HARTFORD, Connecticut, Sept. 23 -- Gov. Ned Lamont, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release on Sept. 22, 2021:
Governor Ned Lamont and Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection Commissioner James C. Rovella today are mourning the loss of Reuben Bradford, former commissioner of the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection. He died this morning at the age of 75.
