RICHMOND, Virginia, Sept. 23 -- Rep. A. Donald McEachin, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on Sept. 22, 2021:
Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) announced a competitive grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to the Mid-Atlantic Regional Association Coastal Ocean Observing System (MARACOOS) for $4,984,041.
