WASHINGTON, Sept. 22 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Sept. 21, 2021:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $518,752 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to rural development grant programs across the state, as well to West Virginia University (WVU) for agriculture research.
