JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, Sept. 21 (TNSPro) -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news:
A new bystander intervention education program aimed at training bar and restaurant staff to help prevent sexual assault is being offered free to local establishments in partnership with the HELP SARA program at East Tennessee State University's College of Nursing.
