AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 21 -- Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton issued the following news release:
Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration to stop the June 15 Guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
