WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Rep. Sanford D. Bishop Jr., D-Georgia, issued the following news release on Sept. 20, 2021:
Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) led the House in adopting H.R. 3475, a bill he introduced with Congressman Drew Ferguson (GA-03) that will name the new Department of Veterans Affairs' community-based outpatient clinic in Columbus, Georgia in honor of Colonel Robert "Bob" S. Poydasheff. The bill now proceeds to the U.S. Senate for consideration . . .
