Temporary Treatment Change Rescheduled in Central Region of the State Served by New Jersey American Water

CAMDEN, New Jersey, Sept. 20 -- American Water, a water and wastewater company, issued the following news release:

On September 20, New Jersey American Water will resume using chloramines in water treatment at its Raritan-Millstone and Canal Road Water Treatment. These plants serve New Jersey American Water customers in the following counties: Essex, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset and Union. This change was originally planned for September 13 but was rescheduled.
