CAMDEN, New Jersey, Sept. 20 -- American Water, a water and wastewater company, issued the following news release:
New Jersey American Water will replace approximately 5,400 feet of aging water main in Somers Point starting next week. The project also includes replacing four fire hydrants and 95 utility-owned service lines along the pipeline route. The company will upgrade the aging 6-inch cement and cast iron water lines that were installed in the 1950s with new 8- and 12-inch duct . . .
