WASHINGTON, Sept. 17 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) applauded the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for awarding more than $36 million in federal grants from the Office for Victims of Crime, a component of the DOJ's Office of Justice Programs, to the state of Ohio.
