WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release on Sept. 16, 2021:
U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) is announcing that nine Pennsylvania entities will receive $8.197 million in POWER grants from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC). Grantee projects include broadband deployment, workforce substance abuse recovery and other regional development purposes. Casey advocated directly for the Clarion County, Gannon University and Outreach . . .
