WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senators Susan Collins (R-ME) and Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) introduced the Directed Energy Threat Emergency Response Act, bipartisan legislation to reform the U.S. government's investigation and response to suspected directed energy attacks, which cause symptoms commonly referred to as "Havana Syndrome," and improve access to care for impacted individuals.
