CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 17 -- The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued the following news release:
A cyanobacteria bloom has been observed on Northwood Lake. Surface accumulations have been periodically observed for several weeks and an alert was issued in August when bloom sightings had quickly dissipated.
