ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Sept. 17 -- Alaska Attorney General Treg R. Taylor issued the following news release on Sept. 16, 2021:
Attorney General Treg Taylor and 23 other attorneys general (AGs) sent a letter to President Biden today, warning that litigation will follow the implementation of the proposed mandate for large employers to require their employees to either get a COVID-19 shot, submit to weekly testing, or be fired.
