RALEIGH, North Carolina, Sept. 16 -- The North Carolina Democratic Party issued the following news on Sept. 15, 2021:
The third payment of President Biden and Democrats' middle class tax cut hit the bank accounts of families across North Carolina. Since July, the tax cuts have led to reduced financial anxiety of parents as the economic stress of the pandemic lingers, and one study found that extending the payments would decrease child poverty by 44.3 percent in North Carolina. . . .
