State Representative Charlene Fernandez (LD-04) published an op-ed in the Yuma Sun highlighting how President Joe Biden's expanded Child Tax Credit payments are delivering tax relief to nearly 800,000 Arizona families with an average monthly payment of $444 to help cover the cost of raising children, no thanks to every single Arizona Republican who voted against it.
