WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) along with Senator Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) introduced legislation to expand funding opportunities for Hickman, Humphreys, and Perry counties by adding them to the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC). This legislation will allow these counties to compete for $110 million in federal funding provided by the ARC.
