BISMARCK, North Dakota, Sept. 13 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news:
Gov. Doug Burgum has directed all government agencies to fly the United States and North Dakota flags at half-staff on Saturday, and encourages North Dakota residents to do the same at their homes and businesses, in remembrance of those who perished 20 years ago in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
