ALLENDALE, Michigan, Sept. 13 (TNSOps) -- Grand Valley State University issued the following news:

Twenty years ago, President Philomena V. Mantella worked on the 55th floor of the World Trade Center's North Tower just months before the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

"I think about the people who were lost, I think about the impact (the day) had more broadly, said Mantella, remembering some of her former colleagues who were in the WTC office that day.
