BOSTON, Massachusetts, Sept. 11 (TNSPol) -- The Conservation Law Foundation issued the following news release:
The Center for Biological Diversity, Conservation Law Foundation, and Defenders of Wildlife have filed an updated lawsuit against the National Marine Fisheries Service for failing to prevent critically endangered North Atlantic right whales from getting tangled up and killed in lobster gear.
