LINCOLN, Nebraska, Sept. 11 -- Gov. Pete Ricketts, R-Nebraska, issued the following news release:
Governor Pete Ricketts appointed Jeffrey J. Lux of Omaha as District Court Judge in the Fourth Judicial District (Douglas County).
