Yesterday, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) attended a picnic hosted by the United Mine Workers of America (UMWA) in Racine. Senator Manchin joined UMWA President Cecil Roberts and West Virginia miners in honoring the 100th Anniversary of the Battle of Blair Mountain and celebrating Labor Day.
