Texas Gov. Abbott Reappoints Niermann to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 8 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:

Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Jon Niermann to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for a term set to expire on August 31, 2027.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality protects the state's public health and natural resources consistent with sustainable economic development.

Jon Niermann of Austin was first appointed to TCEQ in September . . .
