JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Sept. 4 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Jacksonville District issued the following news release on Sept. 3, 2021:
Command of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District will change hands during a traditional Army ceremony Thursday, Sept. 9, starting 1:00 p.m. at the Terry Theater, Times Union Center, 300 Water Street, Jacksonville.
