WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- Sen. Raphael G. Warnock, D-Georgia, issued the following news release:
Today U.S. Senators Reverend Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff announced they have secured nearly $13.5 million in funding for airports across Georgia through the American Rescue Plan passed in March.
The funding will provide COVID relief funds to support Georgia airport operations impacted by the pandemic, upgrades, and safety improvements.
