OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, Sept. 1 -- The Oklahoma Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Despite strong warnings from the State Department not to enter Afghanistan after the Taliban takeover, Republican Congressman Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) decided he was above the law and attempted to move a large sum of money into Afghanistan for a so-called "rescue effort."
