LANSING, Michigan, Sept. 1 -- The Michigan Economic Development Corp. issued the following news release on Aug. 31, 2021:

Governor Gretchen Whitmer joined the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) today to announce 311 new good-paying jobs in Wayne and Macomb counties as a result of two new company expansions in Southeast Michigan supported by the Michigan Strategic Fund.
