WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 -- Rep. Robert J. Wittman, R-Virginia, issued the following news release on Aug. 31, 2021:
Congressman Anthony Brown (D-Md.) and Congressman Rob Wittman (R-Va.) introduced the 1st Lt.
