WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 (TNSRep) -- Federal Housing Finance Agency issued the following news release:
U.S. house prices rose 17.4 percent from the second quarter of 2020 to the second quarter of 2021 according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency House Price Index (FHFA HPI(R)). House prices were up 4.9 percent compared to the first quarter of 2021. FHFA's seasonally adjusted monthly index for June was up 1.6 percent from May.
