WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, issued the following news release on Aug. 31, 2021:
U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) recently awarded $60,952 in grant funding to Geneva-on-the-Lake from the Assistance to Firefighter Grants Program.
This competitive grant program funds critically needed resources to equip and train emergency personnel, enhance efficiencies and support community resilience.
