WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 -- Rep. Gregory Murphy, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Aug. 31, 2021:
Rep. Greg Murphy, M.D. (NC-03) cosponsored a bipartisan bill to posthumously award the Congressional Gold Medal to the 13 U.S. servicemembers who were killed in Afghanistan last week.
