LINCOLN, Nebraska, Aug. 31 -- Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson issued the following news release:
Attorney General Doug Peterson along with 19 states led by Tennessee Attorney General Herbert H. Slatery III, filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District of Tennessee today.
