CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Aug. 28 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Aug. 27, 2021:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $95,000 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to the Mountain State Parents Children and Adolescent Network to support children struggling with mental health and substance use disorder in West Virginia.
