RALEIGH, North Carolina, Aug. 27 -- North Carolina Department of State Treasurer Dale R. Folwell issued the following news release on Aug. 26, 2021:
State Treasurer Dale R. Folwell, CPA, announced today the awarding of $252.6 million in Grant Anticipation Revenue Vehicle Bonds (GARVEE bonds).
