CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 27 -- The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued the following news release:
A cyanobacteria bloom has been observed on Ayers Pond, appearing as tannish orange clouds and surface streaks throughout the water. The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) sampled on August 26. Cyanobacteria cell counts were 1,500,000 cells/ml of cyanobacteria (Woronichinia). Advisories are issued when cyanobacterial cell concentrations . . .
