Rep. Ted Budd released the following statement after H.R.1448, Puppies Assisting Wounded Servicemembers (PAWS) for Veterans Therapy Act was signed into law.
"Veterans who live with PTSD or other mental health conditions deserve access to every possible treatment option, including dog training therapy. I am incredibly proud to see this bipartisan bill be signed . . .
