WASHINGTON, Aug. 25 -- Rep. Anthony Brown, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on Aug. 24, 2021:
Congressman Anthony Brown (D-Md.) and Congressman Rob Wittman (R-Va.) introduced the Just In Case Act (JICA).
