AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 25 -- The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation issued the following news release:
More than 30 new state laws that will affect more than 500,000 Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) licensees will go into effect September 1, 2021. Some laws will take effect later. The laws were passed during the 87th Regular Session of the Texas Legislature.
In order to administer these changes, in some cases the agency must first develop rules . . .
