BAINBRIDGE, Ohio, Aug. 19 -- Rep. David Joyce, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) announced Meghan Bhanoo as the winner of the 2021 Congressional Art Competition for Ohio's 14th Congressional District. Bhanoo, who is a junior at Gilmour Academy, won with her photo submission Starlight Ride.
