RICHMOND, Virginia, Aug. 24 -- The Virginia State Corporation Commission issued the following news release on Aug. 23, 2021:
The Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) has approved in part and denied in part an environmental rate adjustment clause (E-RAC or rider).
