WASHINGTON, Aug. 24 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Aug. 23, 2021:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) led a group of five North Carolina Republican congressmen to send a letter to Gov. Roy Cooper (D-NC) and State Attorney General Josh Stein (D-NC) urging them to refuse to implement two new executive actions from the Biden administration that would infringe on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding gun owners in North Carolina.
